当初はヨハネスブルグを探訪する気は全くなかったのですが、気が変わってアパルトヘイト博物館とソウェト地区とカールトンセンターを訪れました。
「トップ・オブ・アフリカ」という俗称で知られているカールトンセンターの最上階からの眺めは格別でした。
